Shipping policy

Tracked international delivery. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days, and we email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves.

Cost and delivery time by region

• United Kingdom: free · 7–12 working days · prices include UK VAT, no customs or import fees to pay on delivery. We can't currently deliver to BFPO addresses.
• European Union: free · 7–14 working days · prices include VAT.
• United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru: free · 7–20 working days.
• Panama, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras, Paraguay, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic: tracked delivery for a flat fee shown before you pay · 10–20 working days.

The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery can take a little longer during peak periods (Black Friday and Christmas).

Taxes and duties outside the UK and EU

For deliveries to the Americas, any local taxes or import duties set by your country are not included in the price and may be charged on delivery.

Power bank

The optional power bank is only available in the UK and ships separately (2–3 weeks), because lithium batteries travel on a specialist service.
