Is the power bank included?
No. The jacket works with any standard 5V USB power bank — 10,000 mAh gives up to 8–12 hours of heat on low.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–12 business days. Shipping is free and you'll get a tracking number by email.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days to return it. See our Refund Policy.
Can I wash it?
Yes — unplug and remove the power bank, zip the cable into the pocket and wash on a gentle cold cycle. Air dry.
Is the launch price permanent?
No. The launch price is available until October 6, 2026. After that the jacket goes back to its regular price.
