Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, email support@snapwarm.com with your order number. Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or defective items: contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you - no return needed.
