Is the power bank included?
No. The jacket works with any standard 5V USB power bank — 10,000 mAh gives up to 8–12 hours of heat on low.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and usually arrive within 10–20 working days. Tracked delivery to Ecuador is calculated at checkout. Local taxes or import duties, if any, are set by your country and may be charged on delivery. You'll get a tracking number by email.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days to return it. See our Refund Policy.
Can I wash it?
Yes — unplug and remove the power bank, zip the cable into the pocket and wash on a gentle cold cycle. Air dry.
